Cream Cheese Pasta Bake


- 2 cups cherry tomatoes

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 small onion, chopped

- 1 tsp italian seasoning

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp red chili flakes

- 1/4 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper (or to taste)

- 4 servings spaghetti noodles

- 170g Living Tree Foods Original Cream Cheese


STEP ONE: Preheat oven to 400 F.
STEP TWO: Place cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, seasonings and oil in 8 x 16 inch square baking pan. Toss to coat tomatoes evenly.
STEP THREE: Create well in the center of the baking dish. Spread LTF Original Cream Cheese in well.
STEP FOUR: Bake at 400 F for 40 minutes.
STEP FIVE: Cook pasta according to package. Before straining, save 1/3 cup pasta water.
STEP SIX: Remove baking dish from oven. Using a fork, mash roasted tomatoes and mix in LTF Original Cream Cheese. Add cooked pasta and pasta water to baking dish and stir completely. Top with additional chili flakes and serve HOT!
