I am currently on a sibo diet week 3. I am also severely lactose intolerant. I usually am only able to buy a goat milk product but currently am not allowed dairy. This spread tastes fabulous. I purchased the lemon and dill brand and willl purchase this again and again. Hopefully, I will be able to buy other brands when the diet opens. Than k you.
