Strawberry Cheesecake Baked Oats


2/3 cup oats
1/2 banana
2 tbsp agave or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup plant milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
2 tbsp LTF Classic Cashew Cream Cheese
4 fresh strawberries


1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Place all ingredients in food processor or blender, leaving out 1 tbsp of LTF Classic Cashew Cream Cheese. Blend until smooth.

3. Place batter in ramekin. Place remaining tablespoon of LTF Classic Cashew Cream Cheese in center of filled ramekin.

4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until it looks like a slightly under cooked muffin.

5. Allow to cool and serve with fresh strawberries.
