Garlic & Chive Cheesy Mash


3 russet potatoes - washed and cubed

1/4 cup plant milk

1/2 cup vegan butter

1/2 cup LTF Garlic & Chive Cashew Cream Cheese

Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


1. Bring medium sauce pan with salted water to a boil. Add cubed potatoes. Simmer for 12-15 minutes, depending on size of cubes.

2. Strain softened potatoes, return to sauce pan.

3. Add remaining ingredients to sauce pan. Mash and mix until smooth and well combined.

4. Serve hot. Top with fresh chives or thyme for a delicate, savoury touch!
