Easy Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Pasta
4 servings rotini pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tbsp italian spice
salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
fresh basil for garnish
1. Cook pasta according to instructions
2. In a large sauce pan, add olive oil and garlic. Brown over medium heat.
3. Add spices, salt and pepper and stir briskly.
4. Add tomato sauce and LTF Sun-Dried Tomato & Basil Cashew Cream Cheese. Mix thoroughly.
5. Strain pasta and add to sauce pan. Mix until completely coated.
6. Top with fresh basil and serve warm.
