TikTok Salmon Bowl... but make it Plant-Based


1 cup rice
1/2 jar LTF Carrot 'Smoked Salmon'
1 ice cube
2 tbsp LTF Original Cashew Yogurt
2 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 packet nori sheets
1/2 avocado



1. On plate, place LTF Carrot 'Smoked Salmon', rice and top with ice cube. Cover with microwave safe lid or parchment paper. Microwave in 30 second intervals until desired temperature. Remove ice cube.

2. Add soya sauce, sriracha and LTF Original Cashew Yogurt. Mash until combined. Optionally: top with sesame seeds.

3. Create your own perfect bites-- grab a sheet or nori, slice of avocado and a scoop of the rice mixture.
