Gingerbread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Base
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp clove
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp molasses
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups plant milk of choice
  •  

    Toppings

     

  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3/4 cup LTF Pure Vanilla Cashew Yogurt
  •  

    Directions

    1. Combine all base ingredients in medium bowl. Divide between 3 jars of lidded containers.

    2. Cover and place base mixture in fridge overnight.

    3. Top jar with chopped walnuts and LTF Pure Vanilla Cashew Yogurt. Serve chilled.
